These are the domains and sub-domains which didn't receive a reality designation:

Doomstadt (Earth-BW19)
- Nornheim#Battlerealm
- Norseheim (Earth-BWNH)
K'un-Lun (Earth-BW11)
Knowhere (Earth-BWKE)

As none of them received a reality designation, I propose moving their inhabitants' pages (as well as merging Earth-BW11 and Earth-BWKE) to Earth-15513, the reality in which Doom created Battleworld.
