It's mentioned in this article that the Earth-751263 designation corresponds to the comic adaptation, and the marvunapp.com is used as reference. This site lists Earth-751263 with the following description:

While the first issue of the comic series is listed as its first appearance, the description itself establishes this designation is meant to be used for the TV series. Considering the main and most important of the two between the comic and the cartoon is the latter, it makes much more sense that the undesignated one is the adaptation, and the mistake resides in the first appearance, not the description.
