Disambiguation[]

I think there should be a disambiguation between the Wartime Invaders, and the one the team that was formed by Steve Rogers during his stint as Super-Soldier. The basic idea being that they were formed for a different reason than the one determined by President Roosevelt and Prime Minister Churchill during World War II.

If you're talking about the team formed in Invaders Now!, that's merely a new incarnation of this team. In fact, only one member of the team is new (the Joe Chapman Union Jack. And, possibly, Vision/Aarkus. Though he seems to say he WAS a member of the original team, possibly in an adventure we just haven't seen). It's not a new team forming, it's merely an old team reforming. Akin to the numerous times the Avengers have reformed. Or the Defenders.

We actually did see the Vision in action with the Invaders before, in Invaders Vol 2 in the 1990's. I agree though, it's the same team. Tony ingram 07:43, October 29, 2011 (UTC)

Merge[]

I'd have to say I'm against the merge. The WWII and modern teams were founded under different conditions, for different purposes, and are largely made up of different members. --GrnMarvl14 22:26, April 22, 2012 (UTC)

Are we talking about the team from Invaders Now! (which was simply the wartime team, reformed) or the Thin Man's team (which was something entirely different)? Tony ingram 06:05, April 23, 2012 (UTC)
Sorry, my English is not really good. I think the merge is possible because the two team have the same members except for someone characters. - --Antoinejd 23:57, April 23, 2012 (UTC)Antoinejd
It appears to be a merge with the New Invaders team, at least that's where the merge is directing towards. If that's an accident, and it's a reference to the Invaders Now! team, then yeah, I'd agree they're the same as this team (as I did above). But the New Invaders team, as Tony said, was something entirely different.

Merge 2 and Move[]

I see no reason the "Modern" team would get a seperate page, especially if the other modern versions of the team also go on this page and not the modern one. The Handbooks also treat them as one team. Once merged it'll be the only team and should be moved Copeinator123 (talk) 03:40, 3 February 2022 (UTC)
