Spoiler Discussion

So, with all the Time-Travel in this episode there should probably at least one TRN introduced for it. If we keep treating the "main" timeline as Earth-199999 (an until it is confirmed otherwise, we should) then that should probably be applied to the "final" timeline given how the episode played by "Back to the Future" rules and erased the other one from history. There are 4 time periods visited in this episode:

The visit to "before Marvel's Runaways Season 1 1" actually resulted in no changes, so I don't think it requires a TRN (much like Hawkeye's short trip home in Avengers: Endgame). The timeline of 2028 is clearly a future of "three years from now" and was erased along with it, so it should be treated as one TRN, albeit the one with first appearance in the previous episode. So, that would make the previous episode's third act switch from Earth-199999 to the new TRN until the third act of **this** episode changes it back to Earth-199999. Any objections? Are you saying that the 2022 and 2028 timelines are a single TRN? I disagree. The 2022 characters were erased before they could become the 2028 characters, so obviously they're two separate universes. The 2028 version of Alex didn't mention going through the same events as the 2022 version, so it's safe to assume that Chase and Alex didn't come from the future to 2022 in his timeline. Unless I'm misunderstanding what you meant and you think there should be two TRNs. And I think the 2022 TRN first appears in episode 9, while the 2028 TRN only appears this episode. Though since there are only two characters that physically appear from 2028, I'm not sure if that's enough for a TRN to be created. DaenerysTheMadKhal58 (talk) 16:22, December 15, 2019 (UTC)
I agree, at the very least Alex-2028 is different from the one who explicitly decides not to become him. Although the "3 years from now" is not necessarily 2022 - remember that each Season takes place immediately after the previous one, and 6-month time skip is the most of the time that has passed. Yeah, 2022 doesn't make sense for the timeline, I only said 2022 because a school schedule for the summer of 2022 is shown at the beginning of the episode. The crew probably thought "this season releases in 2019 so three years from now is 2022". DaenerysTheMadKhal58 (talk) 22:31, December 15, 2019 (UTC)
