Thank you, Black Knight Vol 3 #1 for COMPLETELY rewriting history. IF this story takes place on Earth-616...then we apparently need to move the content of this page to Sir Richard of Scandia (Earth-616), but keep THIS page for a profile on the ACTUAL Sir Percy. - Not too obscure. He's made a couple of appearances in the past 5 years (Mystic Arcana: Black Knight and a couple of issues of New Excalibur). Though, definitely more obscure than you'd think would warrant a complete history rewrite.
