Bill does not have a cane as Simon Walters, he just does the same as the short-lived character Thor Girl, and pounds his fist instead --ThorZero 15:16, 27 May 2007 (UTC)

Infinity War

Do we add in the Earth-199999 counterpart of Stormbreaker? (AtlantisUchiha (talk) 11:26, April 29, 2018 (UTC))

Speaking of Worthiness... Under Stormbreaker's Properties, in reference to Worthiness we have "There is no proof, but it is believed that, just like the original Mjolnir, no one can lift Stormbreaker who is not worthy."

I'd counter that there IS proof. In issue 461, "Friends and Lovers", we see Lady Sif travel to New Korbin to enlist Beta Ray Bill's aid. Upon arrival she discovers Bill in his mortal guise with a line of Korbinites stretching far towards the horizon. When she asks "What occurs here?" Bill responds "It is the will of my people. Once we settled this world there was no longer the need for a protector. Exception was taken to the godly power I possessed. Such is gratitude. So I gave in to the will of the masses, and surrendered my hammer to the populace. Now Stormbreaker is offered to anyone worthy of its enchantment. That's how it works, you know. They line up every day, each believing himself to be the one who will lift the hammer". Sif then asks "But none ever has?" and Bill replies "No. But they keep trying."

So, is that enough to go ahead & edit the entry with the appropriate citation?
