History

Tall Man was a normal sized man who grew to 8'6" after a failed size experiment.Tall Man was a member of the Fantastic 400 who introduced himself alongside a multitude of his team-mates. When his team-mates were discussing there home planets, Tall Man discussed how he was from Earth-Q. To help with his height he went to his team-mate Kid Chemistry who developed Grow-Shrinko pills. Tall Man took the shrinking pill but found himself to shrink uncontrollably and became too small to take the growth pill. He soon shrank out of sight and Kid Chemistry sent the rest of the Fantastic 400 down to rescue him.
