Blink's Tallus
The Tallus enabled reality jumping teams such as the Exiles and Weapon X to receive commands from the Crystal Palace, giving them their missions in various realities.[1]
It was later modified to be used as a communication device between the teams and central command at the palace.[2]
Within the Tallus lies a shard of the M'kraan Crystal.[3]
