History
Tanager was a member of the Air Force. Her suit gave her sonic powers. She was first seen with Air Force when they attacked Nova and Turbo.[1] After that defeat they tried to hijack a Taylor Foundation jet but were defeated by Night Thrasher who threatened to turn their suits off over the ocean unless they delivered relief supplies to refugees in Africa.[2] While in Africa Tanager and her teammate Oriole (misdrawn as Killer Shrike) were murdered by the Soldiers of Misfortune who were operatives of the terrorist group the Undertow.[3]
