History

Technocrat was a member of the team of heroes known as the People's Protectorate. When Qabiri arrived on Earth-253 the team tried to stop him, but they all failed, and entire reality was destroyed.

Kim was a cyborg and was able quickly analyze Qabiri's energy field and create "techno-toys" out of her body, which should devour his field. She also has nanobots that can repair her body.

Notes

• The People's Protectorate was apparently a pastiche of DC Comics' team The Authority, with Technocrat (Kim) being seemingly inspired by Engineer.
