The Sub-Mariner utilized a Tele-Fish to detect the Fantastic Four's presence on the cruise ship "Holiday".[1]
A Tele-Fish participated in the "Running of the Beasts" an Atlantean tradition. Along wit the other beasts, they got out of control and ran amok. Forcing Namor, his warriors, and visiting allies to stop their rampaging and bring them back under control.[2]

Tele-Fish possess hyper-sensitive protruding spines which function as receiving sets similar to surface radar. It receives visual impressions through them, and then transmits them by means of its projector-like eyes.[1]
