This template is used to cite web pages in articles. They are meant to be used for footnotes, so it needs to be written between {{r| and }} or alternatively the <ref> and </ref> tags. Take into account that it provides lower case parameters only. Taken from Wikipedia's own Template:Cite web.

Copyable empty template (simplified):
