History
Teng Yun-Suan was the martial arts teacher of Agent Rick Mason who fell under the employ of the Kingpin to help conqueror and install a new regime in different countries, mostly those under communist regimes. He did this because he had grown tired of living under big oppressive countries. He attempted this by hiring bands of mercenaries led by Black Metal in Costa Brava and other groups of powered individuals such as China Force in Hong Kong. Both of these attempts failed at the hands of Rick Mason, and he eventually discovered the Teng Yun-Suan was behind it and the pair had a brief fight, with Rick able to kill Yun-Suan.[1]
