History

Teodor Zarco's compound was the base of operations for the Black Knife Cartel. When Bullseye was captured, he was taken to the compound where he was tortured. Eventually Bullseye escaped with Fabian, but was recaptured upon being betrayed by Fabian. While he was at the compound, it was attacked by S.H.I.E.L.D, including the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier.
