History
Terrance Mitchell is apparently a important business man. When Kaine saved a old woman he was about to hit accidentally with his car, Kaine leaped over it crashing it. Mitchell survived, but his wife and daughter couldn't. He blamed Doctor Meland for this and hired the Assassins Guild to kill him. Thanks to Kaine, the Scarlet Spider, Meland survived, but the Guild targeted him now.
