Synopsis
After helping an alien civilization overcame their own tyrant and rebuild their planet, Her was harassed by the Consortium, an alien megacorporation that claims to have signed a contract with the planet that she is breaking by helping them emancipate. Chased by a superior starfleet, Her tries to reach her birthplanet, Earth, to recruit a superhero for help. She crashlands in Toronto, followed up closed by the Consortium, and Alpha Flight tries to protect her and the city, which is ravaged in the battle, leading both Alpha Flight and Her to wonder whether they should put the whole city in danger to protect only one life. Simultaneously, the Quwrlln alien race is threatened by Galactus, and they may resort to an unprecedented movement to save themselves: Teleport their agent Alpha Flight's Guardian and his teammates so that they'd face Galactus - even if they have to sacrifice millions of Torontonian to give billions of Quwrlln a chance!
