History
Theo Bomba was a fringe conspiracy theorist and accomplished hacktivist, with enhanced mental abilities caused by a lightning strike fusing his skull with an advanced alien alloy. After this event, Theo joined a team responsible for exposing the truth around superhero conspiracies.[1]

- Enhanced Mental Capability: Theo is far more intelligent than any normal person, and is able to use his brain more efficiently and effectively either by being naturally gifted or training himself for the needed shortcuts. He is able to perform feats of mind comparable to computers and solve complex problems quickly.
- Combat Adaption: Theo displays the ability to adapt to any style of combat, and utilize a variety of weapons.
- Enhanced Reflexes: Theo displays faster reflexes than most individuals.
- Holographic Projection: Theo's mental powers allow him to project a holographic image of a baseball cap to hide the alien metal fused to his skull, he was also able to project a full body appearance to disguise himself as Armadillo.[1]

- Strength of Mind: Theo is capable of resisting or outright blocking mental attack. (Presumably an effect of the alien metal, and not latent.)
