General Tetha-Pursur was apparently a Kree ally of the United States of America and also a counselor to the President; he supervised the Super-Soldier Serum program, in fact in this future the Serum was used as a vaccine for humans because it had no effect on Kree, but secretly Pursur began a conquest plan of the universe using a modified Serum to transform people into a sleeper army. When Jack Rogers, a descendant of Captain America, discovered the secret plan, Pursur began a manhunt to find him, but Rogers escaped,[1] so Pursur kidnapped Jack's ill son Steve Rogers as bait. When Jack returned, he was with a resurrected and cosmic-powered Red Skull who made public the secret plan of Pursur, who started the emergency plan: destroy Earth.
Kree-Skull War[]
Jack found Pursur and captured him;[2] later Rogers explained to the general that he understood the whole truth: Jack's son wasn't the only boy ill with the disease, but there were many others hidden from each other to eliminate them with the natural course of the disease, because Pursur wanted to hide that Super-Soldier Serum killed Kree. At that point, with a special machine, Jack took from Pursur's mind all the information about the place where the serum was kept, which was used as a weapon by humans against Kree forces, so while Red Skull fought the Kree's space army, human soldier defeated Kree on Earth, but when the Skull attacked Jack Rogers, he destroyed Pursur with his cosmic powers.[3]
