Personal History
Florimonte claims to have grown in Southern Mississippi, although he famously lacks Southern accent. As of 2022, he lives in Florida with his wife Rene'.[5]
At some point, Florimonte fathered at least one child.[6]Professional History
Thomas Florimonte, Jr. began working as an inker in comic-books for Malibu in the early 1990s (Ex-Mutants (Vol. 2), Gravestone), later working for Acclaim (Magnus Robot Fighter) Chaos! Comics (Lady Death Swimsuit Special) and Marvel Comics (Nightwatch),[7] also working in personal projects.[5]
In 2005, initially leaving the creative aspect of his work, Florimonte and his friend Barry Gregory formed Ka-Blam Digital Printing, which opened in Florida in 2006.[8] Ka-Blam became a high quality, low-cost printing solution for independent publishers and self-publishing creators, to set print runs based on their needs,[5][8] expanding it in IndyPlanet, a comic shop working directly with Ka-Blam.[5]
Florimonte returned to creative duties for the publisher G-Man Comics.[5]Work History
