History
Tommy Hill lived in a town in Arizona with his wife and their daughter. Due to financial issues, he fell victim to the loan sharking of the local chapter of the Dogs of Hell. Since he couldn't find a job, he resorted to robbing a local gas station. Tommy panicked when he robbed the station, and shot down two witnesses, Sandy Brockhurst and Bruce Banner, as well as the cashier, Josh Alfaro. Tommy ran away and by night he met up with the Dogs of Hell to give them the money, though he was full of regret.
Bruce Banner had returned to life as the Hulk and tracked him down. The Hulk attacked the Dogs of Hell from the shadows, and Tommy tried to run away. He was intercepted by the Hulk before he could get on his car, and he confronted Tommy about Sandy's death, since she was only twelve years old. Tommy promised to turn himself over and justify his actions, but the Hulk beat him up. The Hulk then left him in the parkling lot of a hospital. Tommy was hospitalized with severe injuries, including many fractures. He was in a coma, and the doctors theorized he wouldn't be able to walk again, if he ever woke up first.[1]
