Tommy and Billy were twins, with Tommy being first born. The twins supposedly born to Scarlet Witch and Vision;[1] in reality, they were magical constructs, created by Wanda's hex powers. It was revealed that she used slivers of Mephisto's life essence to give her children souls. Tommy and Billy were eventually reabsorbed by Mephisto and ceased to exist.[4]
Years later, two young men - Billy Kaplan and Tommy Shepherd - appeared as reincarnations of Billy and Tommy.[2]Attributes
Powers
As part of Master Pandemonium, Tommy was seemingly able to project powerful blasts of energy. Although it is possible that this was simply Master Pandemonium's power being channeled through Tommy's body, it should be noted that Master Pandemonium did claim that Tommy and Billy possessed mutant powers that increased his own abilities.[citation needed]
Notes
- In West Coast Avengers Annual #1 and West Coast Avengers Annual #3, one of the twins has blond hair, although in others comics they both have auburn hair.
- In West Coast Avengers Annual #7, it could be seen that one, and presumably both, of the twins have blue eyes.
