Thor presumably shared a similar history to his Prime Universe counterpart until the Avengers first battle with Namor. In this reality, Thor and the Avengers were able to capture Namor, preventing him from finding Captain America and recovering from the ice. This meant Captain America was unable to stop the Nazi Sleeper robots. Thor and the Avengers tried to stop them, but were knocked out. His fate is unknown and may have been killed prior to the return of Captain America.[1]
