Throneworld II is the capital of the Kree/Skrull Alliance, made from the destroyed ruins of Hala.[1]
History
The Kree homeworld Hala was destroyed by Mister Knife over possession of the Black Vortex.[2]
Following the unification of the Kree Imperium and the Skrull Empire into the Alliance under the leadership of Hulkling,[3] a capital planet for the new empire was built into the sacred ruins of Hala, the former capital of the Kree, and it was called Throneworld II.[1]
During Throneworld II's construction phase, when it was already inhabited by Kree and Skrulls alike, the planet was attacked by a unit of Progenitors. The invaders were defeated by the Guardians of the Galaxy.[1] Shortly afterward, Throneworld II became one of the several targets of invasion by an army of Mindless Ones commanded by Dormammu.[4]
