—Narrator[source]A place called Heaven, where all his angels would be safe... Safe from all the devils that still hunted them. It should have been a better world.
History
After the Fourth Age of Apocalypse, Magneto founded the Twin Cities of Tian, a mutant nation, promising the safety of mutantkind, but that haven was attacked by the Sentinels.[1]
Tian was the site of an Incursion, and the X-Men and Illuminati fought to defend the city from the Mapmakers. The Mapmakers knew the threat posed by the mutants, and unleashed an attack that exterminated the entire species, before defeating the Illuminati and claiming the Earth.[1]Residents
- X-Men/Mutantkind

- Storm (Ororo Munroe)

Notes
- The incursion point analysis of the Mapmakers cataloged Tian (the Incursion point/wall) as an Omega Level Threat, because of the density of "posthuman[s]", the Cities being the haven of the mutants.[1]
Trivia
- Tian means "heaven" or "cosmos" in Mandarin Chinese.
