History
The Tincture of Tininess was a magic shrinking potion given to Devil Dinosaur by Doctor Strange to ensure that the mutant Devil Beast could more easily fit inside the Sanctum Sanctorum.
Its effects would wear off naturally in a few days or could be reversed instantly by the Gravy of Giant-Sizing; however, Moon Girl subsequently took the antidote herself in order to free Eduardo and Zoe who had been taken hostage by "Doctor Doom" and his Doombots.[1]
