Following the path told by Maheeva, Conan and Veden Kamal reached the Tomb of the Dark Angels to retrieve the Jewelled Sword of Tem. As soon as the magical artifact was pulled out the ice, the dark angels were released and immediately attacked Veden Kamal, who was wielding the sword, fearing he may have used it against them. The inhuman sisters were ultimately killed by Conan, who destroyed the magical weapon and left behind a dying Veden Kamal.[1]
