History
Tony Targo worked for the Daily Bugle and reported multiple accounts where Spider-Man saved the day. For example, Tony wrote the front-page article for the Bugle when Spider-Man caught thieves during the fifth inning of a Mets game. He interviewed Mabel Saxon to gain information about Spider-Man foiling a bank robbery and Fire Chief George Bailey when Spider-Man saved a baby from a burning building, both for another front-page covers. Finally, Tony quickly interviewed Spider-Man himself using a recycled photograph for the front page because freelance photographer Peter Parker had arrived right after the superhero left.[1]
