History
The Torch was a S.H.I.E.L.D. Black Ops facility prior to the Secret Invasion. It was eventually taken over by H.A.M.M.E.R. to be used for the same purpose.
Security for The Torch was provided by a group called Rogue Security, formerly known as the Elite Agents.[citation needed]See Also
