A massage parlor and undercover slave ring. Colleen Wing tried to expose its activities, only to be arrested by the police for breaking inside.[1]
She later returned when she was given command of The Nail, and with her teammates, managed to rescue all the women kept inside as slaves. Without having informed Wing or asked for her permission, Black Lotus set up a bomb inside the establishment that destroyed the entire building.[2]
