History

Earth X[]

The mutant known as Tower was a part of Daredevil's traveling circus, entertaining the crowds with his mutation, which made him a giant. While performing on the West Coast, the circus was attacked and shut down by the Skull's mind-controlled army.[1]

Unemployed, Tower and the other circus performers continued to follow the star attraction, Daredevil, and even joined along when Daredevil found and asked to be the sidekick to Captain America. Tower and his comrades were sent ahead to New York where they convinced former X-Man Scott Summers to train them as the new generation of X-Men.[2]

Tower and the other X-Men helped fight the Skull and his army when it invaded New York City. They eventually succeeded, after Captain America ambushed and killed the Skull.[3]

Universe X[]

Three years later, Tower was still a member of the team when the group joined with other heroes to aid the reborn Captain Marvel in his quest to collect items of power on Earth. During this time, Tower traveled to the HEL laboratories, the Watcher's Citadel on the Moon and finally Wakanda.[4]

In Wakanda the X-Men stayed behind to help the Black Panther and his queen, the former X-Man Storm protect the Ani-Men who were the prime targets of an army of hungry Wendigo who had laid siege to Wakanda.[5]

With their homeland lost, Tower and the X-Men helped the Wakandan nation relocate to the Savage Land, and in fighting back the Wendigo army. Eventually, the combined forces of all gathered destroyed the Wendigo, and grieved to learn that the Wendigo army had been composed of a single man; former X-Man Jamie Madrox.[5]

Tower later helped the X-Men construct a new home for the Wakandans in the Savage Land. Their reconstruction effort was briefly interrupted when Belasco attacked them with an army of Dire Wraiths, however the X-Men were saved by the timely arrival of Captain Marvel and his followers.[6] The X-Men were then transported to New York to be part of the gathering force of heroes trying to stop the Absorbing Man, who had recently been resurrected was in the process of attacking Manhattan.[7]

Paradise X[]

Three months after this conflict, the X-Men relocated to one of the many hospitals for the suffering following the death of Death.[8] Tower was later present at the wedding of Medusa and King Britain.[9]

Attributes

Powers

Tower's exposure to the Terrigen Mist caused him to grow to a gigantic size. It appears that his height is immutable like other giants such as Henry Pym, or Erik Josten. He cannot shrink to a normal height, or grow any taller than he already is. It is presumable, that his strength, speed and agility is all proportionate to his increased size.
