History
The Tower of Time is a mysterious edifice built on prehistoric Earth at the heart of the Bermuda Triangle by aliens from Scorpius and populated by robots inhabiting what appear to be vast, dimensionally transcendental artificial environments mimicking times and places in Earth's history. The Tower's caretaker, Slitherogue, intended to use it to conquer Earth's history itself using the time warp at the centre of the Triangle. Unfortunately for Slitherogue he was opposed by Skull the Slayer as well as by one of his own creations, a robot fashioned in the shape of the Black Knight. When the Knight apparently killed Slitherogue, his last act was to instigate the Time Tower's self destruct mechanism and it blew up.[1]

Each level of the Tower is visible from the centre, and each level appears to exist in a different time zone.
