Synopsis for "Ring of Hate!"
A group of Autobots have been captured by Scorponok and his Decepticons and are being lead to their deaths in the Smelting Pools when they are saved by Fortress Maximus and his team of Autobot rebels. The ambush is unexpected and Scoroponok and his Decepticons are forced to flee the battle. Fortress Maximus would take these rescued prisoners back to his hidden mountain base. There he would address them all, announcing his intentions to leave Cybertron to find a new world where they can live in peace and free from the oppression of the Decepticons. He offers them all to come aboard his ship Steelheaven and fly to the peaceful world of Nebulos, a world that has endured world peace for centuries.
They all agree, and soon Fortress Maximus, Chromedome, Highbrow, Brainstorm, Hardhead, Hot Rod, Kup, Blurr, Sureshot, Cross-Hairs, Pointblank, the Monsterbots and Technobots all depart Cybertron for the planet Nebulos. Arriving in Nebulan space, the Autobots disembark their ship and travel to the world below. Fortress Maximus sends Highbrow to find this worlds intelligent lifeforms and announce their presence and issue a message of peace. Highbrow comes across a Nebulan named Gort who is out with his lover in the forest. Gort is frightened by the giant robot and tries to flee in a panic, but falls and strikes his head. Highbrow apologizes for scaring them and leaves the message with his woman.
The message is taken to Nebulan Council of Peers in the capital city of Koraja. There Lord Zarak and his colleagues argue on how to deal with the arrival of these Transformers on their world. Lord Zarak views these robots as a threat, while Galan wishes to welcome them in peace. Zarak begins to spin the events in his favor however they all agree to wait for Fortress Maximus' messenger the next day. Wishing to turn his people against the Autobots, Lord Zarak plots for the arrival. When Blurr comes to greet the Nebulan's the next day, Zarak has his minion Krunk fire a magnetic beam at Blurr's arm, causing him to knock a statue replica of Nebulos off a fountan and into the crowd below. Zarak then spins this to make it appear to be an attack and orders the guards to attack sending Blurr fleeing.
With this "proof", Zarak has Galan go to a secret mountain location where all their worlds weapons were hidden away centuries ago. As the Autobots try to make sense of what happened they are ambushed by an army of Nebulan's with guns blazing. Fortress Maximus stops the Autobots from attacking and orders them into a full retreat. After they get away, Fortress Maximus attempts a different approach. The next day they approach the now heavily fortified city of Koraja in peace. When they offer up not only the guns of Hot Rod, Kup, Pointblank, Sureshot and Cross-Hairs, but also the heads of Fortress Maximus, Chromedome, Highbrow, Brainstorm and Hardhead in an offer of peace. Galan, who has been charged with giving the command of attack, hesitates and then eventually calls for a cease fire, much to Zarak's chagrin. Galan tells all gathered that there will be no war this day.
