History
An elemental force generated by accumulations of rubbish, it terrorised London for a time, possessing the bodies of the heroes Meggan and Captain Britain of the super hero team Excalibur[1]. When the Sensational She-Hulk arrived to defend Meggan in court due to their actions while possessed, it possessed Captain Britain and attacked her plane. The rest of Excalibur managed to force him to land in London, where it proceeded to eat more rubbish and grew stronger. The Sensational She-Hulk managed to tempt it out of the body by offering herself as a vessel, and as it transferred between bodies, the Phoenix filled it with so much rubbish it exploded, and the rubbish was recycled into paper to contain it.
