The tusk-bears were a species of tusked bears that seemingly lived in the Icy Wastes during the early Hyborian Age.

In the Age of Conan, they were long extinct.

The crown of Brutheim worn by King Gha-Kree was made from the teeth of the long-dead tusk-bears.
