Tyler Meagher (Earth-616) from Ghost Rider Vol 3 8 001

As leader of HEART

Tyler Meagher and her team, H.E.A.R.T. were hired by the Cypress Hill community to try and take down The Ghost Rider and stop all the killings that had started going on.[1]

After failing to stop Ghost Rider, she and H.E.A.R.T. were hired against to go after Ghost Rider by the demon Deathwatch,[2] but she ended H.E.A.R.T. association with Deathwatch after learning that he was a villain.[3]

Later, her headquarters was assaulted by a squad of agents from The Firm. They killed her entire team but took her captive,[4] re-creating and enhancing her body, they made her Heart Attack so she could captured Ghost Rider for the Firm to experiment on.

Meagher was willing to work with the Firm due to the false belief that Ghost Rider had order the attack on her team. After interrogating Michael Badilino for information on Ghost Rider, she engaged Ghost Rider with Death Ninja and Suicide. She encountered resistance from Death Ninja, who wanted to the pleasure of killing Ghost Rider, and Suicide, who wanted Ghost Rider to kill him. Meagher eventually retreated when Badilino arrived with a laser weapon.[5]

Meagher later confronted Ghost Rider in Cypress Hills Cemetery and fought him again. When Firm agents attacked them, Meagher realized that it was the Firm that attacked her and her team and turned on them. As she confronted the Firm at Evergreen Hospital, Meagher learned that the real power behind the Firm was Centurious. Centurious then took Meagher captive, believing that she could be useful.[6]

After the Civil War, she was listed as a potential recruit for the Initiative.[7]

Heart Attack's strength, durability, stamina, and reflexes have all been artificially enhanced by The Firm with the express purpose of capturing Ghost Rider. She could also form weapons from parts of her body including cannons and large blades.[5][6]
