Tyler Stone was the Chief Executive of Alchemax Industries, the biggest megacorporation which controlled the United States of America by 2099 A.D.

He tried to alter history's past events by sending Public Eye officer Jake Gallows back in the year 2009 A.D., giving him orders posing as Thor through the Chronosphere, a system built by Alchemax scientist George O'Hara.
