U'Sr'Pr was an U'sr'prian who either through his own innate abilities or technology, enslaved the rest of his people and forced them to work and to build technology, while he lived in a tower composed of natural beauty. This was discovered by Her who put an end to to rule. Her brought U'Sr'Pr to his people who decreed he should start to clean up the mess he had turned their world into.[1]
