After the Silver Surfer was stripped of the Power Cosmic by Galactus for his betrayal, Uatu, who had witnessed the proceedings, left Radd and the Fantastic Four with a vague reference to a homing device that he had in his possession, which eventually to Radd and the Fantastic Four traveling and finding the device in his home on the Moon.[1]
