Ultimate Comics Spider-Man is a comic series produced by Marvel Comics from 2011 to 2013 as a part of their Ultimate Marvel imprint. The landmark series is notable for being the first series to introduce the new character Miles Morales as Spider-Man after a brief teaser for the character in Ultimate Fallout #4. The series picks up directly after the Death of Spider-Man event in which the previous Spider-Man, Peter Parker, died. Ultimate Comics Spider-Man follows the earliest days of Miles Morales as he gains his powers, works with his Uncle Aaron, forges relationships with other superheroes in the Ultimate Universe, deals with the loss of family members, and comes to terms with taking up the mantle of Spider-Man.

Miles matures throughout the series, and the book takes a one year chronological gap in the middle of the series in which Miles takes a break from being Spider-Man. The series leads up to the Cataclysm event, after which Miles' life was then chronicled in a miniseries entitled All-New Ultimates and the ongoing series Miles Morales: Ultimate Spider-Man.

The first three issues of this series were originally titled Ultimate Spider-Man (Vol. 3) #1–3, before being renamed Ultimate Comics Spider-Man with the fourth issue and retaining that name for the remainder of the series. Marvel later updated its listings of the original comic books, bringing the first three issues of the series into the same naming as the rest of the series as Ultimate Comics Spider-Man #1–3.
