It's our first night at Haven in Louisiana. We thought no one would come looking for us, 'lessen we wanted 'em to. But I called half a dozen mutants I thought were my friends… an' not one of 'em picked up. Now these kids show up looking for help. Looking for the X-Men. Only problem is… there don't seem to be any X-Men proper anymore. I sound cold, I know. But Remy stole the left eye of Agamotto… and it's affecting him, somehow. No. This isn't… this isn't how this should go. Yesterday, we were there as a mutant, a kid… just died for no reason 'cept the meanness in the world. I want to help these kids. I'm just not sure how.
