The Uncle Ben Foundation was created by Peter Parker in honor of his late uncle, Ben Parker. It focused on using Parker Industries' technology to help the less fortunate and raise the quality of life wherever it could be possible.[1] Following the dissolution of Parker Industries, the Uncle Ben Foundation had to be shut down.[2]
