History
Under City, like K'un-Lun, was a mystical city located in a pocket dimension that occasionally appeared on Earth. It was also one of the Seven Capital Cities of Heaven. The Dog Brother ＃1 was the official ruler of this mystical city. The city was home of all who are truly lost, and the Dog Brother often searched the Earth to find and rescue people to bring there.[1]
