History

The U.S. Senate's history is presumably similar to their Earth-616 counterpart. One day, they were taken hostage by Black Skull and a group of Hydra soldiers. Nighthawk came to rescue them. During his fight against the Hydra soldiers, President Coulson asked Nighthawk to rescue Senators in descending order according to fundraising prowess, much to Nighthawk's annoyance.
