Ursula Armastrong is a television journalist. She announces on her news show Vox Populi that Bucky Barnes has been arrested to answer for his crimes as the Winter Soldier. After Steve Rogers spoke up for Barnes afterward, she posed the question whether any Captain America could be trusted.[1]
