So over at Marvel's website, one of the free-for-all comics is Thor #337. Yay, I thought, this is perfect to show my friends who missed out on the Photobucket spree from 2 years ago!

But then I looked at it.
And I felt RAGE take over.
Seriously, whoever colors these things needs to either have a good lesson in HOW TO PROPERLY COLOR CHARACTERS or be slapped silly. Everything's too bright and overuse of magenta and purple. I likes me some purples and magentas, but that's overdoing it. And some spots are too pastel-y.
And then I saw this eyesore:

WHAT THE HELL IS THAT. It's all WRONG.
Oh, OH and a few pages later...

Dammit Marvel, at the risk of sounding like Upper Krust, hire ME to color these things properly. I'll do it for free, even! It's like the colorist for this issue didn't even care about anything.
And that's just sad. Simonson's work deserves better, regardless of the format.
