The Marvel Universe - Take It Or Leave It

I can't recall my first comic book, but it was possibly "Justice League of America" or "Superman Family, but I do know I started picking up Spider-Man, Thor and the Hulk. To me, DC Comics was about creating characters that were larger than life, but Marvel was about creating stories about heroes in the real world. Gods in the MU

I take it this is sort of a open message post for everyone. Okay, in case some of you hadn't noticed, I was starting a lot of the bios for those gods to appear in the MU, bios I would finish later as I caught up, but two things have hampered that: one, several of those bios have been shrunk down, preventing updates, two: I've been told that real world mythology does not apply in the MU (and if you've seen the skewering and artistic license in the handbooks, you'll know what I mean). Therefore, I have no idea what applies and what doesn't apply anymore. If anyone wants to pick up where I left off by moving what probably works from my site to the database, go for it!
