Ghost Rider Spirit of Vengeance... really that bad?

To begin with, I haven't seen the new film. But I'm looking forward to it. For what I've read, the critics hate the film, and the audience is not satisfied. But... is it really one of the worst Marvel films? I just want to know your opinion and see if you rate this film worse than the first one.
