Justice was a member of the New Warriors who joined with Scarlet Spider in trying to stop Spider-Man from killing Mary Jane Watson-Parker after the Jackal placed into him a post-hypnotic command. When Ben and Peter entered Consolidated Edison, Firestar tried to follow, but was stopped by Justice due to the risk her powers posed. The group watched as the Power Plant and the pair were engulfed in an explosion.[1]
