History
Vanisher was a prisoner in the Genoshan secret prisons, and then in the internment camp for mutants. He then helped Charles Xavier escape and stayed by him and the other future X-Men afterwards.[1][2] He seemingly died fighting against Master Mold alongside the other X-Men.[3]

Even though his powers are the same as his Earth-616 counterpart's powers, they work more like Nightcrawler's, he has to be able to see where he is teleporting and he creates a cloud of smoke when he teleports.[1][2]

Though he is unseen, Vanisher was kept in a cell in Genosha next to Gambit. This can be confirmed by the voice and by the Trivia pop-up used for the 'Massive Episodes'.
