The Veils of Valtorr, or Dimension of Valtorr, was a gloomy place of vapor and decay, set within the Splinter Realms/Archipelago of Anguish and Redemption. The dimension was ruled by Valtorr, a smoky serpentine entity, and a mystical principality often invoked for power.[2]
The Veils of Valtorr were seemingly adjacent with Boreas, Cloudsea, and Watoomb,[1] whose fierce winds blew the Vapors of Valtorr aside.[4]
